Your Mental Wellness is Our Priority

Mental Health Wellness is equally as important as your physical wellbeing.  When you are experiencing imbalance emotionally or mentally, it can have a severe effect on your physical health.  Our mental health wellness services include individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and group therapy.  We service individuals ages 12 and older.  We help clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, stress management, mood disorders, childhood trauma, adult trauma, relational trauma, self esteem and confidence issues and a variety of other mental, emotional and social wellbeing imbalances.  We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Some Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma Focused CBT and a variety of other modalities to help guide our clients towards Total Life Wellness.

What to expect?
1. New clients call us to get scheduled for an intake appointment.  During the intake appointment, we complete an assessment that includes gathering information needed to determine the best therapeutic fit. 

2. Once the intake is complete, our new client is scheduled a future appointment with one of our therapists and provided this appointment information prior to leaving the office.  If additional referrals are assessed to be of need such as medication management, nutritionist referrals, support group,etc, those referrals are also provided prior to leaving the office. 

3. At the second visit, our new client will have their first session with their therapist.
